His work has left a lasting impact on the Latvian and international theatre scene, solidifying him as one of the most influential directors of his generation. Alvis employs board certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and addiction specialists who evaluate and treat individuals onsite and through telehealth appointments.
